The Stanbic IBTC Bank is recruiting for 3 positions which are Client Service Officer (Ibadan), Client Service Officer (Osun), and Client Service Officer (Ogun) etc. Eligible and interested persons are encouraged to quickly submit application before deadline.

Major Responsibilities

Across the three (3) locations, candidates employed for this role shall acknowledge and resolve customer service request, complaints or queries etc. This includes;

• Receiving telephonic queries about check books and ATM.
• Ensure that all Cash Transfers (CT) in accordance to the bank’s policies are completed daily as well as Customer Complaints Register.
• Shall ensure that all customers source instructions are kept.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Prospective applicant must have a minimum of first degree or equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution in Nigeria.
• Should have at least 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience especially with bank products, and compliance procedures etc.
• Must have active listening, product knowledge and risk identification skills.
• Should be able to communicate effectively, establish and maintain professional rapport, manage tasks appropriately and foster team work.
• Must have a clear understanding of regulations governing financial services management etc.
