1. Creative Design Specialist

As the creative designer at Justrite, you will create eye-catching graphics and also come up with creative concepts that help shapes the brand’s image. This includes promotional materials, digital assets for marketing, campaigns and research etc.

Requirements for this role include:

• Solid skills in graphic design, graphics and Computer-Aided Design (CAD).
• Strong research skills and the ability to develop creative concepts.
• Knowledge or experience in architecture is a plus.
• A sharp eye for detail and good design instincts.
• Comfortable working with teams across different departments.
• Confident with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Architecture or a related field is preferred.

2. Business Analyst

Your responsibilities shall include checking existing business strategies in comparison with what’s invoke and then coming up with innovate measure to ensure Justrite stays relevant.

Requirements:

• Applicant must possess either National Diploma, HND or B.Sc.
• Must have good interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be proficient with relevant computer applications like MS word, excel and PowerPoint etc.

3. Procurement Officer

• Raise orders for pharmaceutical items in the purchasing system, then pass them to the right people for signature, weighing up how urgent each one is and what it could cost.
• Confirm that everything delivered to the pharmacy matches what was ordered, and make sure each delivery is logged properly.
• Go through supplier invoices and compare them with receipts to check the quantities and prices are right. If prices change, update the purchase records and let the Pharmacy Procurement Lead know what it means.
• Run a stock take every month. When the drug stock figures don’t add up, find out why and report back to management.

4. Store Officer

As the store officer, you duties shall be to receive and inspect all incoming materials and check them against purchase orders. Follow up any damage or discrepancies. Monitor stock levels, reorder when needed and make report on inventory trends.

To qualify for this role:

• You must have at least National Diploma (ND) or equivalent qualification.
• Should have relevant experience as a store keeper or similar position.
• Must be conversant with the use of inventory management software and systems.
• Must be one that pays close attention to details to ensure accuracy when keeping records.
• Must be good time managerial skills.
• Should be a good team player.
• Posses good communication and people skill.
• Knowledge of how warehouse operations and procedures work.

5. Digital Marketer

You shall be the one in charge of social media marketing, lead generation, web analytics while building the digital marketing strategies to strengthen the store’s online presence.

To qualify for this role, you must have:

• Solid skills in social media marketing and digital marketing.
• Experience in lead generation and marketing.
• Confident use of web analytics.
• The ability to plan and carry out marketing strategies that work.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking.
• Good communication and people skills.
• A relevant certification in digital marketing or a related field.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
