Job Responsibilities & Requirements
The expectation for each position and eligibility criteria to assume them are as follow:
1. Blow Fill-Seal Machine Operator
- Applicant must have a minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in operation and maintenance of this machine.
- Must also understand how the electrical systems work.
2. Electrician Expert
- The role is open to persons with at least 5 years’ experience as electrician.
- Applicant must be conversant with electrical installations, maintenance and fixing of machines with electrical faults.
- Should be able to troubleshoot and fix diverse electrical systems with less supervision.
3. Maintenance Expert
- Candidates applying must have an accumulate 5 years’ experience as a skilled maintenance expert.
- Must know how to fix relevant production machines to ensure it runs smoothly.
- Should know how to product inspect equipment, swap worn out parts, find other relevant problems with the machine and fix it without needing close supervision.
- Must clearly know how each machine part works and the rules that apply to them.
4. Quality Control Analyst
- Applicant must have relevant experience as a quality control analyst.
- Must be able to write clear and precise analysis reports.
- Shall visit the production floor often to pull samples for testing.
- Shall ensure products are safe and consistent throughout manufacturing process.
- Must have relevant lab skills and knowledge of standard test methods.
5. Dairy Milk Production Line Technician / Operator
- Applicants of this position must have High School Diploma or equivalent qualification in food processing or mechanical engineering.
- Should have at least 1 – 2 years work experience in food, beverage, or dairy production.
- Must have a good knowledge and understanding of food safety and hygiene rules.
- Must have the technical-know how to figure our an issue when anything goes wrong.
- Shall ensure that all equipment is checked regularly to ensure problems are spot earlier and maintenance.
- Shall ensure that the food safety, hygiene and quality rules (HACCP/GMP) are followed.
- Shall closely monitor the automated dairy processing and packaging equipment.
6. Generator Technician
- Applicant must have a minimum of five (5) years experience in both maintaining and operating natural gas or diesel generators with 800KW or above.
7. Injection Molding Technician
- Candidate applying must have experience with operating and maintaining a large injection molding machine.
- Should be conversant with PE, PET, PP plastic bottles injection molding processes.
8. Welder
- Applicant must be well skilled in stainless steel welding and standard electric welding.
- Must have at least 3 years of relevant practical experience.
- Must have the relevant technical-know how.
