Overview of the Graduate Training Program

In quest to shape tomorrow’s leaders today, the company is offering Oilserv Ingenious graduate trainee program as an avenue to teach, train and equip selected candidates with relevant knowledge and skills that foster growth in the Oil and Gas industry.

Requirements for Oilserv Ingenious Graduate Trainee Program

• Prospective applicant must be a Nigerian citizen with valid means of identification.
• He or she must have first degree i.e. B.Sc. or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Accounting, Technical Safety or closely related discipline.
• Must have graduated with at least second class lower (2:2).
• Must have a valid National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) discharge certificate.
• Must be a person willing to learn.
• Should possess relevant years of work experience.

• You shall make yourself available for every rotation irrespective of the department you’re in.
• Help project teams plan and deliver oilfield service work
• Research, analyse data and write reports that feed into business decisions
• Work with other teams to solve real operational problems
• Attend all training sessions, workshops and assessments
• Follow the company’s QHSE standards
• Suggest ways to improve processes and service delivery
• Report on your progress to the HRBP and your functional line manager
