Cormart Nigeria Graduate Trainee Program 2027

The Cormart Nigeria graduate trainee program offers opportunities to recent graduates who want structured, hands-on experience in an industrial chemicals business. Selected persons shall get exposure to real-world business projects.

The total duration for this programme is 12 months beginning from 1 January to 31 December 2027. The core training areas are; Sales, Chemistry, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, HR and IT.

Requirements for Cormart Nigeria Graduate Trainee Program 2026

• Prospective applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Class of degree must be at least a Second-Class Upper Division (2:1).
• Acceptable academic disciplines are Chemistry, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, and IT etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn, grow and take on new challenges.
