Key Responsibilities as Trainee
Those selected for the A.G. Leventis Nigeria Limited graduate trainee program shall carry out the following functions.
- Trainee shall monitor delivery officers during their assigned trips to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Shall observe track truck movements using GPS and fleet management systems.
- Shall help write receipt, carryout inspection, identification, storage and issuance of spare parts.
- Help resolve delivery delays, route deviations and other operational disruptions.
- Contact delivery officers for real-time updates on delivery progress.
- Monitor turnaround times and point out where processes can improve.
- Help prepare daily fleet status reports and operational dashboards.
- Record trip data accurately so it can be used for performance analysis and decisions.
