As one who have interest in landing a job at the National Directorate of Employment or benefit from the ongoing Federal Government Renewed Hope Employment Initiative (RHEI), you must understand that there are certain criteria to meet but first you should at least have an overview of what the programme is about.
RHEI refers to Renewed Hope Employment Initiative. It is a skill acquisition and employment programme organized by the Federal Government of Nigeria through the National Directorate of Employment (NDE).
Many mistake it for NDE recruitment, not to worry, we have clarified the difference below but first I’d like to notify you that RHEI phase 3 registration is not a federal civil service recruitment nor open position at NDE, see details below.
It is not the fault of many prospective applicants that they mix-up NDE recruitment with RHEI phase 3 registration.
NDE recruitment focuses on the intake interested and eligible Nigerians for staff positions in the National Directorate of Employment while RHEI phase 3 registration is a federal government programme for skill-acquisition done through NDE.
When applying for the National Directorate of Employment recruitment, you will need to have at least first degree or HND but with the Renewed Hope Employment Initiative (RHEI) phase 3 registration, you mainly need SSCE and willingness to learn a new skill. In addition to the above, RHEI is targeted at unemployed and underemployed Nigerians.
