Application for Nondera Energy Services graduate trainee program commenced on October 20, 2026. Recent graduates in discipline such as Electrical Engineering with a Second-class lower division (2:2) who are currently serving as National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) can apply.

Nondera Energy Services is an indigenous energy company located in Lagos State, Nigeria offering technical support, procurement and inspection services across the energy value chain. More specifically, their services include:

• Oilfield services, including drilling support, well intervention and facility maintenance
• Operations support, including manpower supply, logistics and procurement
• Engineering services, covering engineering, fabrication and maintenance
• Inspection services, including non-destructive testing and quality assurance
• Renewable energy services

Nondera Energy Services Graduate Trainee Program 2026

The 2026 graduate trainee program is targeting NYSC members who are interested in getting technical experience and other development skills that fosters growth in both engineering and renewable energy.

Your responsibilities as a graduate trainee at Nondera Energy Services includes:

• Support electrical engineering projects, technical assessments and troubleshooting.
• Help identify technical faults and apply suitable fixes.
• Assist with computer hardware configuration, diagnosis, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Support basic system setup, testing and maintenance.
• Use basic programming knowledge for technical tasks, automation and problem-solving.
• Prepare reports, presentations and technical documentation.
• Work with programming languages and development tools such as Python, C, C++ or Java.
• Carry out other technical and administrative duties assigned to the role.

Requirements for Nondera Energy Services Graduate Trainee Program

• Applicant must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering from an accredited tertiary institution.
• The class of degree must be at least Second-Class Lower Division (2:2).
• He or she must have relevant coursework that showcases knowledge in computer architecture and programming.
• Applicant must currently be serving NYSC.
• Candidate must have practical knowledge of Python, C, C++, Java or similar programming languages.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.
• Should possess good communication and documentation skills.
• Must be open to learning.
• Should currently reside in Lagos State.
