Job Description

NCEVECC is recruiting for Batch 3 in Rivers State. If you’re interested in joining the National Community Ethics and Values Environmental Compliance Corps as a behavioural change officer then this opportunity is for you.

The National Community Ethics and Values Environmental Compliance Corps (NCEVECC) works under the Federal Ministry of Information and National Orientation. The aim of the organization is to promote communal ethics, moral discipline and necessary environmental compliance.

To qualify for application, you must meet the following criteria.

Requirements for NCEVECC Recruitment 2026

• Prospective applicant must be a Nigerian and preferable a resident of Rivers State.
• Candidate must have a valid means of identification such as National Identity card, Passport or Driver’s License etc.
• He or she must have strong interest in community service, ethical values, environmental responsibility, be discipline and positive about behavioural change.
• Candidate must be at least eighteen (18) yeas old.
• Should be physically and mentally fit.
• Must have at least SSCE and those with higher qualifications have an added advantage.
• Must be a person of good character and free of criminal record.
